Corporate Furniture Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in B2B and/or B2C furniture sales, distribution, or related industries.
- Experience in account management, business development, and managing dealer/retailer networks.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Knowledge
- Expertise in furniture trends, materials, and distribution channels.
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Understanding of competitive market positioning in the furniture industry.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
