Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of Supervisory work experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in B2B and Corporate Selling is a plus.
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Can start ASAP

Role Purpose

Responsible for assisting the Store Manager through effective administration of the department to achieve a smooth day-to-day operations and efficient customer service.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Sales Achievement Plan

  2. Meets and exceed the company's sales goals and service standards on a consistent basis.

  3. Creates additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate items.
  4. Attends and participate in store meetings, company training sessions as required furthering the development of skills to meet the company's objectives.

  5. Adheres to policies/standards to achieve the sales targets.

  6. Customer Engagement

  7. Ensures high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.

  8. Spends most of his/her time on the selling floor meeting customers and assisting and managing staff.

  9. Store Operations

  10. Consistently follow and abide by the company's established registers and cash handling policies and procedures.

  11. Actively participates and supports the company's safety and security standards at all times.
  12. Assists in meeting the company's brand image and housekeeping standards.
  13. Ensures promotions are accurate and in tune with company's standards.

  14. Assists in the implementation of safety measures in consonance with corporate security standards for the safety and security of merchandise, customers and employees.

  15. Merchandise and Stock Management

  16. Supports and participates in the inventory management functions to include: receiving procedures, transfers, pricing procedures, product counts and physical inventories as required.

  17. Maintains inventory and ensure items are in stock.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
