Elevating Client Experience
- Oversee and refine the entire client turnover process, from unit viewing to acceptance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, completeness, and functionality.
- Guide clients through inspections and acceptance, addressing all inquiries promptly.
- Supervise documentation and coordinate seamlessly with Property Administration.
- Monitor and enhance our Quality Turnover Process (QTOP).
Empowering Sales & Growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for new recruits, existing teams, and brokers.
- Oversee the delivery of engaging training sessions (workshops, coaching, etc.) and the creation of effective materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep training cutting-edge.
- Guide coaching initiatives to refine sales techniques, deepen product knowledge, and boost customer engagement.
- Identify skill gaps and inspire sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Oversee evaluation of training effectiveness, reporting on sales conversions and impact.
We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated capability in both client relations/customer service and sales training/development.
- Strong understanding of real estate turnover processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to motivate and develop teams.
