Elevating Client Experience

  • Oversee and refine the entire client turnover process, from unit viewing to acceptance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, completeness, and functionality.
  • Guide clients through inspections and acceptance, addressing all inquiries promptly.
  • Supervise documentation and coordinate seamlessly with Property Administration.
  • Monitor and enhance our Quality Turnover Process (QTOP).

Empowering Sales & Growth

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for new recruits, existing teams, and brokers.
  • Oversee the delivery of engaging training sessions (workshops, coaching, etc.) and the creation of effective materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep training cutting-edge.
  • Guide coaching initiatives to refine sales techniques, deepen product knowledge, and boost customer engagement.
  • Identify skill gaps and inspire sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Oversee evaluation of training effectiveness, reporting on sales conversions and impact.

  • Proven experience in the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated capability in both client relations/customer service and sales training/development.
  • Strong understanding of real estate turnover processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to motivate and develop teams.
