Role : Junior Multimedia Designer

A successful Junior Multimedia Designer will work well within a team. You will collaborate with other team members to leverage data insights in the creative process. You will approach all creative with a data-driven design approach to ideate and develop campaigns that align with team goals under the direction of senior creatives and our leadership team.

  • This role has a strong emphasis on motion graphics and video editing

You will be expected to ::

  • Collaborate with other team members and follow the guidance of directors, leads and senior creatives
  • Apply strategic and data insights provided by other team members ideation, campaign development and to apply data insights to new creative assets
  • Follow brand guidelines for clients and partners
  • Be flexible to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Must have the experience and skills ::

  • At least 2 years of prior experience designing ads for Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Tiktok, Youtube or other ad platforms
  • Willing to learn and leverage A.I tools in the creative process
  • Be a well rounded creative to engage static graphics and short form video editing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality design
  • Good communication skills with the ability to effectively work in a team

Additional Requirements Include

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), Capcut, Figma and AI creative tools
  • At least 2 years experience with design principles, typography, color theory and layout design
  • Portfolio showcasing a wide range of design across mediums is required in the interview process

Important Note: This role is remote, but will require 1 to 2 onsite team wide meetings per month within Makati, Pasig or Taguig.
