POSITION: PROJECT PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

LOCATION: New Leyte, Maco, Davao de Oro

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop, monitor, execute and update the Project Procurement Monitoring Report (PPMR) in accordance to the signed off Procurement Strategy
  • Supervise the Project Material Engineer to ensure timely requisition of materials and subcontractor works in accordance to the PPMR
  • Evaluate supplier proposals to develop the Bid Tabulation and award criteria for services and materials required by the project
  • Conduct pre-order and clarification meetings with suppliers.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any engineering course or relevant field
  • At least 2 - 5 years of Construction experience
  • knowledgeable in Construction Materials, Warehousing, Inventory and Material Inspection
  • Knowledgeable in using SAP is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned in New Leyte, Maco, Davao de Oro
