  • Guest Service:Greet and welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide a friendly and attentive atmosphere.
  • Order Taking:Present menus, explain specials, make personalized menu recommendations, and accurately record food and drink orders.
  • Serving:Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently, ensuring correct temperature and presentation.
  • Table Maintenance:Set tables with linens, silverware, and glassware, and keep the dining area clean and organized.
  • Clearing & Resetting:Carry dirty dishes and glassware to the kitchen for cleaning and prepare tables for new guests.
  • Payment Processing:Handle payments accurately using a POS system or other methods and manage billing issues.
  • Communication:Relay orders and special requests clearly to kitchen staff and communicate any guest concerns or complaints to management.
  • Health & Safety:Adhere to all relevant health department regulations and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
