Job Summary:The Procurement Staff are responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of goods and services required by the company. This role ensures that all procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and in compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) from different departments.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update supplier database, price lists, and purchase records.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, company standards, and legal requirements.
  • Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle discrepancies, damaged goods, or delayed deliveries with suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports and cost analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates with good organizational skills).
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
