Position: Senior Crystal Administrator

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Location: BGC, Taguig

Employment: Project-based

Job Description:

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions for Crystal Reports.
  • Ensure data security and configure authentication methods for users.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and report developers to gather and understand requirements.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Crystal Reports.
  • Optimize report performance by SQL.
  • Automate and schedule report generation and distribution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Crystal Reports Server.
  • Monitor server health, performance, and resource utilization.
  • Diagnose and resolve server issues to maintain high availability.
  • Perform regular backups of Crystal Report, schedules, settings.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to restore data.
  • Provide training for end-users on report creation, scheduling, and viewing tools.
  • Offer technical support for Crystal Reports issues and serves as the primary point of contact.
  • Maintain up-to-date Crystal Reports environments by applying necessary patches and upgrades.
  • Test new software versions before deploying to production.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Crystal Administration.
  • Proficient in server, product, and infrastructure management, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Proven experience in software upgrades, system migrations, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in InfoVerse (preferred).
