We are seeking an
Assistant Manager – Travel Insurance (Accident & Health)
to strengthen our
business operations and digital partnerships
in the Philippines. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in
airlines, travel, or online travel platforms
, with experience in
business operations, analytics, strategy, or revenue management
.

The role also offers exposure to larger strategic accounts and opportunities for career growth in end-to-end business portfolio management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in
    business operations, strategy, or revenue management
    within:
  • Airline corporate functions (business operations, revenue management, or strategy)
  • Online travel platforms or digital/e-commerce businesses
  • Travel, hospitality, or insurance industries (a plus)
  • Strong expertise in
    analytics, financial performance tracking, and profit center management
    .
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business performance and revenue optimization by managing account operations and analyzing performance data.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business and financial objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance digital distribution strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance, Legal, IT) to deliver product launches, process improvements, and partner support.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to guide pricing, portfolio management, and partner engagement.
  • Support the VP in managing major travel partnerships, with progression opportunities to take on larger strategic accounts.
