Responsibilities:

  • Initiate partnerships with review centers, organizations or universities offering medical-related courses

  • Represent the Company and Recruitment Team during Career Events

  • Conduct Career Orientation during recruitment events and as needed

  • Create and deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns

  • Conduct research on latest trends to identify new marketing opportunities and strategies
    • Collaborate with the Recruitment Supervisor, Recruitment Manager and EOs to implement strategic marketing initiatives

  • Work proactively with the Digital Team in requesting, analyzing and preparing materials which are needed for events and other recruitment activities

  • Provide analysis and comprehensive report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns, recruitment activities and events

  • Attain set KPI and target

  • Handle and coordinate with third party vendors and suppliers

  • Adhere to ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year of related experience

  • Good background in handling recruitment or company activities

  • Good written and oral English communication skills

  • Proactive, driven and confident

  • Confident in representing the company during recruitment events and field activities

  • Strong Sales and Marketing Skills

  • Ability to do time management and multi-tasking

  • Honest, transparent and has integrity

  • Flexible to day and mid shift schedules.

  • Willing to work onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
