Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers.
  • Enter invoices into the accounting/ERP system and ensure timely approval and payment.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Prepare payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining vendor master data (creation, updates, and validations).
  • Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting.
  • Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve invoice or PO-related issues.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records and documentation.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
