Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Associate located in Pasay. The Reservations Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online booking systems. The role includes managing bookings, confirming reservations, and providing guests with detailed information about room features, amenities, and services. The Reservations Associate will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and handle any special requests or issues that may arise.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience and ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is preferred
