Job Summary:

The Corporate Sales Associate primary is responsible for achieving sales targets by actively selling PonteFino Estates properties through direct client engagement, networking, and lead conversion. This role requires handling the entire sales process, from prospecting and presentation to closing deals and providing after-sales service.

Beyond sales transactions, the In-House Sales Associate plays a key role in brand representation, business development, and market expansion. This includes attending sales events, manning exhibit displays, engaging with referral partners, and leveraging digital platforms to generate leads.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote PonteFino Estates properties to potential buyers.
  • Attend to inquiries from walk-ins, social media accounts, and the company website.
  • Conduct property presentations and site tours for interested clients.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate sales.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Preferably a graduate of Business, Marketing or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in real estates, account management, or a related sales roles; has work experience in companies with high net worth individuals.
  • Has strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Tech-savvy, with experience handling social media inquiries and digital leads.
  • Willing to work on-site, and attend events, exhibits, and client meetings as needed.
