In-House Sales Associate

Job Summary:
The In-House Sales Associate primary is responsible for achieving sales targets by actively selling PonteFino Estates properties through direct client engagement, networking, and lead conversion. This role requires handling the entire sales process, from prospecting and presentation to closing deals and providing after-sales service.
Beyond sales transactions, the In-House Sales Associate plays a key role in brand representation, business development, and market expansion. This includes attending sales events, manning exhibit displays, engaging with referral partners, and leveraging digital platforms to generate leads.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote PonteFino Estates properties to potential buyers.
- Attend to inquiries from walk-ins, social media accounts, and the company website.
- Conduct property presentations and site tours for interested clients.
- Handle objections and negotiations to close sales.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Actively build and maintain a network of referral partners and potential investors.
- Attend networking events, business forums, and industry gatherings to generate leads.
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate sales.
- Represents PonteFino Estates in information centers, exhibit displays, and mall exhibits.
- Assist in promotional activities and sales campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility
- Identify and qualify leads through prospecting and direct engagement.
- Present project details, pricing, and payment to potential buyers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with sales policies.
- Coordinate with the sales admin team for reservation and contract finalization.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in Real Estates Sales, account management, or a related sales role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-connected and capable of leveraging a professional network for referrals and sales.
- Tech savvy , with experience handling social media inquiries and digital leads.
- Willing to work on-site and attend events, exhibits, and client meetings as needed.
