Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote PonteFino Estates properties to potential buyers.
  • Attend to inquiries from walk-ins, social media accounts, and the company website.
  • Conduct property presentations and site tours for interested clients.
  • Handle objections and negotiations to close sales.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively build and maintain a network of referral partners and potential investors.
  • Attend networking events, business forums, and industry gatherings to generate leads.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate sales.
  • Represents PonteFino Estates in information centers, exhibit displays, and mall exhibits.
  • Assist in promotional activities and sales campaigns
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility
  • Identify and qualify leads through prospecting and direct engagement.
  • Present project details, pricing, and payment to potential buyers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with sales policies.
  • Coordinate with the sales admin team for reservation and contract finalization.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in Real Estates Sales, account management, or a related sales role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-connected and capable of leveraging a professional network for referrals and sales.
  • Tech savvy , with experience handling social media inquiries and digital leads.
  • Willing to work on-site and attend events, exhibits, and client meetings as needed.
