Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of HR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course.
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in training and organizational development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in manufacturing set up is an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development and delivery of training programs to employees at various levels.
  • Conducts training needs analysis and executes prompt implementation of activities in the training calendar.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessment to identify skills gaps and training requirements within organization.
  • Collaborate with department managers in identifying training needs and scheduling training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and tracks employee progress.
  • Helps employee achieve upskilling goals by facilitating training and development activities.
  • Facilitate, monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging training trends.
  • Performs other task to be assigned.
