Objective

The Production Manager ensures that the team consistently meets customer delivery commitments by managing production planning, equipment readiness, and on-floor execution. This role drives output, efficiency, and discipline on the production floor while upholding GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Food Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food supplement, beverage, or nutraceutical manufacturing in a GMP certified facility
  • Strong background in production planning, machine operations, and preventive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with GMP and HACCP
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
