Inventory and Planning Analyst

We are looking for a like-minded, like-hearted Solar Hub Operations Analyst who is passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God and serving off-grid communities nationwide by bringing renewable solutions for their development.

The Solar Hub Operations Analyst will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day management of solar hub performance. This role will directly assist the Solar Hub Analytics Manager, focusing on operational data collection, inventory tracking, and demand forecasting to ensure that our solar hubs are running efficiently and sustainably. You'll be primarily involved in sales operations, performance monitoring, and inventory management—helping bridge the gap between data insights and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Solar Hub Analytics & Performance Monitoring

• Assist the Solar Hub Analytics Manager in collecting and analyzing performance data across solar hubs.
• Contribute to daily/weekly reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Participate in identifying underperforming hubs and flagging technical or operational issues.

Demand Forecasting

• Analyze product deployment patterns across hubs to help predict product demand.
• Support demand-supply balancing strategies and recommend operational adjustments to meet regional needs.
• Collaborate with field teams to understand peak periods and growth trends of product demand.

Operations & Field Support

• Conduct or support site visits to gather on-the-ground insights and validate data.
• Collect and organize field reports, user feedback, and system health assessments.
• Ensure strong documentation and communication between field and analytics teams.

Sales Targeting and Forecasting: Revenue & Unit Forecast

• Assist the Analytics Manager in creating accurate revenue and unit forecasts to guide field strategy and business planning.
• Support target setting and alignment with field teams, including new product introductions.
• Prepare and consolidate reports required by Head Office and regional teams—such as sales reports, impact reports, budget records, KPI memos, and templates—ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management to support strategic decisions related to sales, inventory, and operations.

Sales Productivity

• Design and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational performance and productivity in real time.
• Monitor and report on key business metrics, including sales performance, delivery efficiency, stock levels, and customer coverage.
• Contribute to regular business reviews by providing performance insights and operational updates.

Inventory Planning and Management

• Support in developing Inventory Plan base  vis-a-vis  supply
• Perform inventory forecast and ensure movement of products

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, inventory planning, or sales performance tracking.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of inventory systems, procurement workflows, and sales metrics.
• Comfortable with both office-based work and occasional field visits.
