The Inventory Analyst helps ORCA manage the inflow and outflow of goods by managing and accounting for inventory items and conducting day-to-day inventory operations. He/she often works full-time during flexible shifts and may include nights and weekends. This role is responsible for:

  • Ensuring all items in the warehouse are appropriately received, stored, and released.
  • Providing accurate information on inventory to customers, as well as to the various ORCA departments, to align with their respective records.
  • Reviewing balance of inventory and counting the items in stock.
  • Recommending policy upgrades or changes relating to inventory to the Inventory Lead.
  • Investigating hitches in the warehouse inventory system and notify the inventory control lead to get the proper directive.
  • Tracking, documenting changes in inventory and reconciling inventory items via 3-way matching (customer documents, ORCA documents, system and physical stocks).
  • Performing Actual Count to check system record vs actual stocks.
  • Retrieving and downloading data from the WMS on receipt register and delivery register to capture items that have entered and have been shipped out.
  • Update and send the following reports to the client and to other ORCA departments: a. Pallet utilization b. Deviation report, if available c. Request for quality inspection & quality assurance (RQIQA) report.
  • Coordinating with and retrieving from the CS team the proofs of delivery and dispatch (e.g., delivery receipts (DRs), stock transfer slip (STS), receiving reports, deviation report forms, tally sheets) to complete the various reports.
  • Preparing count sheets for the daily cycle counts for various clients.
  • Coordinating with the Ops Team to bring down (usually in the loading and unloading bay) the actual items for counting.
  • Conducting the actual inventory vs, the prepared count sheet.
  • Recording the actual count in the inventory report accuracy (IRA) of the client. This task is done every day for a specific client, CJOY in this case.
  • Sending off recorded information in the IRA template to client and other ORCA departments.
  • Reporting identified issues and discrepancies to the Operations Department for correction. The theoretical report is then checked to correct this discrepancy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
