Title: Material Planner Specialist

Material Planner Specialist
Responsible for planning production activities based on volume requirements specified in the Store Order (SO). This role reports directly to the Assistant Manager of PPIC and plays a key part in executing performance objectives that ensure supply availability and support inventory management goals.

Job Description

  • Develops and recommends both short-term and long-term replenishment plans for items within assigned categories, in coordination with the PPIC Assistant Manager.
  • Creates Process Orders aligned with Store Order (SO) requirements to support timely and accurate production execution.
  • Calculates, reviews, and maintains optimal buffer levels of raw materials, taking into account Site Warehouse capacity and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business-related course; a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in material and production planning, ideally within a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, SAP, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and be based in Canlubang, Laguna.
