The Senior Manager (SAP Functional Expert) for the ITS SAP and Finance Systems Team is expected to

spearhead the planning, design, and development, and launch business, finance, logistics, inventory, and

operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.


• Strategy & Planning

o Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, finance, logistics, inventory,

and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues

o Lead solution design sessions in prototyping new systems to enhance business processes, operations, and

information process flow

o Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving

or further leveraging these systems

• Change Requests & Projects

o Lead design workshops with concerned solution leads (specific to SAP Finance, SCM-SD and MM related

requirements)

o Collaborate with Solution Architect on system design proposals.

o Create Solution and Technical recommendations and design proposals.

o Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in

making implementation decisions.

o Review and monitor the work progress of the team. Provide guidance and instruction to junior members of

the team

• Operational Management

o Support the delivery of end-to-end Finance & SCM (SD/MM) and SAP application implementation and

enhancements

o Support and help drive the Change Assessment to review all incoming change requests and project changes

for impact and risk assessment as well as release scheduling

o Oversee and manage the project development efforts and manage communication and escalations.


• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Accountancy or similar courses

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance, MM, SAP SD, Fiori and other related SAP services

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Delivery Lead or Project Management experience in complex enterprise projects

• Has a background in Finance, logistics, inventory, and sales process domains for retail and/or manufacturing

• Relevant IT Standards training, certification preferred but not required

• SAP certifications preferred but not required
