Job Description

We are seeking a Technology Leadership Position candidate to oversee the daily operations of our software development team, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and alignment with product and business goals.

  • Lead and mentor software engineers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software products, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to evaluate new technologies and ensure platform compatibility.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and SMEs to define technical requirements, delivery timelines, and resource planning.
  • Lead modernization efforts such as tooling upgrades, automation initiatives, and migration to new platform versions.
  • Support the adoption and evolution of DevOps practices including build automation, release pipelines, and test orchestration.
  • Support audit readiness and compliance by ensuring traceability, documentation, and structured release practices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical deep-dives to maintain engineering excellence.
  • Coordinate across development, QA, and product teams to manage dependencies and remove delivery bottlenecks.
  • Develop technical expertise on OneStream software. Successful applicants will receive OneStream training necessary to excel in this role.

The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in computer systems, IT & Management or Finance. They should have 7+ years of experience working within enterprise software development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or architectural role.

Key Skills Include:

  • A deep understanding of enterprise software architecture.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proficient in .NET development using Microsoft Visual Studio and/or related tools.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for managing source control.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Database.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in leadership or architectural roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Systems, IT & Management or Finance.

A Good Sense of Humor and Positive Mindset are also Essential for Success in this Role.
