Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Assistant to support the brand's TikTok Shop- focused affiliate program, with secondary support for Shopee and Lazada. This role is primarily operational and coordination-driven, responsible for managing affiliate communications, supporting affiliate growth, coordinating PR and product seeding, and maintaining active creator communities to drive sales and GMV.

The Affiliate Assistant works closely with affiliates, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, launches, and daily affiliate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate & Creator Coordination:
  • Serve as a primary support point for affiliates and creators across Tik Tok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and briefing new affiliates in alignment with brand and platform guidelines.
    •Maintain strong working relationships with existing creators to encourage consistent promotion and improved sales performance.
  • Handle day-to-day affiliate inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination in a timely and professional manner.

PR, Samples & Community Management:

  • Coordinate PR and product seeding activities, including sample requests, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Manage affiliate and creator communities by posting campaign announcements, promo updates, and guidelines.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication of timelines, requirements, and expectations to affiliates.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records related to affiliates, PR distribution, and content postings.

Campaign & Performance Support:

  • Support the execution of affiliate campaigns, product launches, and key sales events.
  • Assist in monitoring affiliate participation, content output, and basic sales performance.
  • Track activity and prepare simple reports related to affiliate engagement, responsiveness, and campaign participation.
  • Coordinate internally with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Logistics teams to support campaign readiness.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year and up Experience in affiliate marketing, PR, e-commerce, or social media support.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate operations; exposure to Shopee and Lazada is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and task execution skills.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, task trackers, and digital communication platforms.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
  • Can start ASAP.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with TikTok creators or live sellers.
  • Basic understanding of affiliate-driven sales metrics such as GMV, orders, and engagement.
  • Prior experience managing creator communities or PR seeding programs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through habits.
