Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive growth and expansion across Tier-1 markets, including the US, Canada, UK, and New Zealand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in iGaming affiliate marketing, proven experience managing high-performing affiliate partners, and a solid understanding of crypto-based acquisition models.

This role will be responsible for recruiting, managing, optimizing, and scaling affiliate partnerships to maximize player acquisition, revenue, and lifetime value while ensuring compliance with local regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute affiliate acquisition and growth strategies for US, CA, UK, and NZ markets
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage top-performing affiliates, media buyers, SEO affiliates, content creators, and influencers
  • Optimize affiliate performance through continuous analysis of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Crypto-based deals
  • Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, player LTV, and fraud indicators
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and long-term partnership agreements
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Compliance, Payments, CRM) to align campaigns and promotions
  • Ensure full compliance with regional regulations, responsible gaming standards, and affiliate policies
  • Track and report performance using affiliate platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools
  • Stay up to date with market trends, crypto adoption, and competitor affiliate strategies
  • Support expansion into newly regulated or emerging markets where applicable

Requirements
Experience & Skills
  • 3–6+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry
  • Proven success managing affiliates in Tier-1 regions (US, Canada, UK, NZ)
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate acquisition channels (SEO, PPC, media buying, content, influencers)
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, NetRefer, Affilka, HasOffers, Everflow)
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Experience working with regulated markets and compliance requirements
Crypto & Payments (Preferred)
  • Experience working with crypto-friendly iGaming brands or platforms
  • Understanding of crypto payments, wallets, blockchain basics, and player acquisition in crypto markets
  • Familiarity with Web3, decentralized communities, or crypto-focused affiliates is a strong advantage

Nice to Have
  • Existing affiliate network within Tier-1 markets
  • Experience with sports betting, online casino, or hybrid platforms
  • Knowledge of KYC, AML, and responsible gambling frameworks
  • Experience working in fast-paced start-up or scaling environments
