We are looking for an Affiliate Officer to drive growth and engagement within our affiliate program. This role involves actively identifying and recruiting potential affiliates, establishing strong lines of communication, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success. The Affiliate Officer will also monitor and analyze competitor affiliate programs to understand top-performing affiliates, strategies, and industry trends, using these insights to optimize our own program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit potential affiliates to join the program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
  • Communicate regularly with affiliates to ensure alignment, engagement, and support.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor affiliate programs and top-performing affiliates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize affiliate strategies and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with campaigns and business goals.
  • Track affiliate performance metrics and report on program results.
  • Support the growth and profitability of the affiliate program through proactive engagement and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in affiliate management, partnership management, or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to study competitors and track affiliate performance.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, or performance marketing is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple affiliates and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Can start ASAP.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing affiliate or partner programs.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate platforms, or tracking tools.
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
