  • Manage the timely preparation, submission, and monitoring of permits, licenses, endorsements, and certificates required throughout the lifecycle of renewable energy projects.
  • Oversee compliance for key requirements such as Solar Energy Service Contracts, Grid Impact Studies, Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC), and Certificates of Endorsement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure proper documentation and regulatory adherence.
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws, rules, and regulations to ensure proactive compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for audits and inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, or government liaison work (preferably in the energy, utilities, or renewable sector).
  • Strong knowledge of DOE, DENR, NGCP, and LGU regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with government agencies and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
