About The Role
As a CBRE Regional Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks that may affect the company's performance and strategic techniques to mitigate risks.

This job is part of the Legal Compliance job function. They are responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance that balances business and compliance solutions to inform the company of options and risks

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of physical security installation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact project delivery or business operations.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of project management principles and security systems to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional discussions and model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.

What You'll Need

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management within the security systems or technology integration space.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale security installation projects, ideally from a security integrator or vendor background.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems; experience with the Genetec security platform is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.
