Role Description

This is a full-time Integration Manager role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Makati, Philippines, with flexibility for remote work. The Integration Manager will oversee end-to-end project integration efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and aligned project deliverables. Core tasks include programming, client system integrations, troubleshooting technical challenges, and coordinating across departments to implement solutions.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in any programming language, APIs, system integration, middleware
  • Project management and strategic planning skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities for identifying and resolving integration issues
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous
