  • Ensures to visit all assigned stores within a specified work schedule
  • Recquisition and/or return of approved marketing materials from the Trade Marketing Warehouse and deployment of materials to designated work assignment;
  • Maintains store shelves by observing the approved visual display planogram, tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products;
  • Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from store inventory; observing and prompting Trade Marketing Head Office on store inventory levels;
  • Checks store compliance (checking of store fixtures and selling of non-permitted items or non-Cherry brand applicable to concept Store/ Kiosk/ CMX only);
  • Completes merchandising report by observing and reporting of product display of competitors;
  • Maintains customer relationships by visiting the stores regularly; attending to their marketing requests;
  • On time requisition and liquidation of allotted budget to be used for authorized work operations;
  • Provides information by reporting expansion, or closing of stores in assigned area;
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in trainings and seminars conducted by the company;
  • Performs ad hoc administrative and event duties from time to time
  • Immediately informs his/her Supervisor or the Total Quality Management (TQM) Department if nonconformities (NC) were found on his/her functional area.

Qualifications:

  • At least w/ recent work experience in Merchandising or trade Marketing;
  • W/ good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficient w/ basic computer usage and data entry skills;
  • Willing to do ROVING TASK
