Job description:

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager who lives and breathes X.com (Twitter) — someone who can turn raw ideas into viral, high-performing tweets that resonate with brand audiences.

If you're a natural storyteller, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and have experience growing and engaging X.com audiences from scratch, this role is for you.

Important Requirement:

You must have created at least one viral tweet. This is a non-negotiable requirement for consideration.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute Tolstoy's X.com content strategy to grow followers, engagement, and reach
  • Create and manage high-impact tweets, threads, and multimedia content optimized for virality
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations to engage in real time
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape brand messaging
  • Track performance, analyze data, and iterate content strategy for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and growing X.com accounts for a brand or public figure
  • At least one viral tweet in your portfolio
  • Strong copywriting skills with sharp instincts for tone, timing, and trends
  • Ability to create multimedia content (images, GIFs, videos) tailored for X.com
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on analytics and optimization
  • A self-starter who thrives in a high-speed, high-impact startup environment
