Company Driver (Onsite | Day Shift | ₱25,000/month)

We are hiring a Company Driver who will not only ensure safe and reliable transportation but also provide vital support in errands, compliance, and office operations.


Role at a Glance

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM
  • Work Setup: Onsite
  • Salary: ₱25,000/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Passenger & Material Transport

  • Safely drive employees, executives, VIP clients, and visitors to assigned destinations (including airports).

  • Transport company materials, documents, and equipment while ensuring security and timely delivery.
  • Assist with loading/unloading goods when required.

  • Errands & Coordination

  • Handle official errands and serve as a motorized messenger for urgent tasks.

  • Visit banks to process transactions, pick up ATM cards, and coordinate with bank representatives.
  • Submit documents and process requirements with government agencies (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, LGUs).

  • Vehicle Care & Safety

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections, monitor condition, and schedule needed repairs.

  • Keep vehicles clean, properly maintained, and roadworthy.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, and fuel consumption records.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company protocols.
  • Manage renewals of registration, insurance, and related documents.

  • Office & General Support

  • Assist with office relocations, reorganization, and moving equipment, furniture, or supplies.

  • Carry out light handyman tasks (changing bulbs, assembling simple furniture, maintaining parking/driveway areas).
  • Provide support to Tax and Compliance teams with submissions, renewals, and business permits.
  • Support Treasury team with physical transactions and document handling.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with excellent knowledge of traffic laws, safe driving, and defensive driving techniques.
  • Strong familiarity with local routes, navigation apps, and basic vehicle troubleshooting.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable, with a courteous and cooperative demeanor.
  • Willing to take on office-related tasks beyond driving.
  • High sense of confidentiality, accountability, and adaptability.
