This role oversees daily check-in and check-out procedures, offers guest assistance, and ensures a seamless and luxurious stay. Additionally, they must adhere to work schedules aligned with the hotel's occupancy forecast while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. 

  • Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of all guest and hotel-related documents
  • Facilitate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience
  • Accurately handle cash reports, transactions, and remittances. 
  • Maintain and update guest preferences in the system to enhance personalized service
  • Ensure Executive Lounge remains clean, well organized, and presentable at all times
  • Conduct and update daily and monthly inventory of food and non-food items in Executive Lounge to maintain efficient operations
  • Conducts courtesy calls to all guests to ensure their comfort and address any special requests. 
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by head. 

QUALFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
  • With relevant work experience for atleast 1-2 years
  • With atleast 1 year work experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or related field
  • Proficient with MS Programs
  • Technically savvy
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work onsite at Alabang, Muntinlupa
