Location: Clark/Cebu/Manila/Tarlac (Onsite)

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Experience Required: Minimum 0-1 years' bookkeeping in US accounting firm or SME

ABOUT THIS ROLE . . .

We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper with solid US Bookkeeping experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping for multiple client entities using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
  • Record and reconcile bank, credit card, and loan transactions.
  • Post journal entries and ensure financial statements align with client records.
  • Manage payroll processing for multiple clients, including employee setup, pay runs, and post-payroll journal entries.
  • Reconcile payroll liabilities and assist with payroll adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and review basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger).
  • Communicate with team members to clarify entries, discrepancies, and client-specific workflows.
  • Maintain organized digital work papers and documentation for all assigned clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 0-1 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred (not required).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or strong aptitude to learn quickly).
  • Understanding of general accounting principles and payroll processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
