JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of a pawnshop. Pawnshops typically sells and receives items like gadgets, entertainment appliance or computer equipment. Must provide quality customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Must open and close the store each day.
  2. Sell foreclosed items in the pawnshop for profit.
  3. Accepts pawns, process renewals, assist claims and customer inquiry.
  4. Handles end of the day reconciliation of cash and sales transactions. Organize and labels inventory.
  5. Maintain all records necessary for BIR and BSP Compliance.
  6. Contributes to the continuous improvement by suggesting new inputs based on customer feedback and experience.
  7. Maintains continuous knowledge in all company products, services and promotions.
  8. Assist customer and provide excellent service and accommodation.
  9. Perform other related duties which will be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  1. Attention to details: accurate and precise.
  2. Must possess basic mathematical skill.
  3. Good verbal communication especially with the customers.
  4. Basic Microsoft office skills.
  5. Good judgment and decision making.
  6. Efficient
  7. Deals on people with courtesy.
  8. Excellent team player
  9. Ability to distinguish fake items.

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

  • Graduate if any 4-year course
  • With at least 2-4 years relevant work experience (may substitute to the formal qualification)
