About the role

A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION' is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Consolacion Cebu. This full-time role will involve providing virtual call centre support, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and assistance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members
  5. Following established policies and procedures to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and provide clear, empathetic responses
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications
  5. A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
