Are you a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for health and fitness? Do you have excellent communication and sales skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Membership Sales Associate at Anytime Fitness in SM Consolacion

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships to potential clients. You will use your strong sales skills to generate leads, build relationships with potential members, and close sales. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and potential members, ensuring they have a positive experience at our gym.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively promote and sell gym memberships to potential clients

- Utilize sales techniques to generate leads and close sales

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current members

- Conduct gym tours and provide information about membership options and benefits

- Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to current and potential members

- Meet or exceed monthly sales target of 40 New Joined Members

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to remain competitive in the market

- Maintain accurate records of sales and member information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Passion for health and fitness

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
