Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Perform account reconciliations (bank, vendor, balance sheet accounts) on a regular basis.
  • Support the preparation of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
  • Provide support in audits and other ad hoc accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of experience in accounting, with hands-on exposure to general ledger and account reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Open to report onsite ASAP
