
Accounting Assistant

Job Requirement:
- Graduate of BS Accounting or any Accounting related courses
- Has knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Has strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work with numbers and accounting software
- With at least 1 to 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the invoice processing (receiving, verifying, and processing invoices from suppliers and vendors)
- Payment processing (matching invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports to ensure accurate payments)
- Vendor Management (maintaining relationships with vendors, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments)
- Record Keeping (maintaining detailed records of invoices, payments, and other relevant documents)
- Financial Reporting (assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to accounts payable)
