About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Treasury Assistant to join our dynamic team at Golden Century Marketing. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing key support to the Treasury function, ensuring the seamless management of the company's financial operations. Based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the accounting and finance industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the maintenance of cash flow forecasting and cash management activities
  • Reconcile bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliations
  • Process payments and ensure timely settlement of invoices
  • Support the Treasury team in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and provide financial information
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of treasury policies and procedures
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the Treasury function

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar treasury or accounting support role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A keen interest in the accounting and finance industry
