KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (MINDANAO)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team in the shrimp farming industry. This role is crucial in strengthening relationships with key clients, driving sales performance, and providing technical support to customers across Mindanao.

You'll play a vital role in promoting aquaculture solutions, understanding client needs, and ensuring sustainable farming practices in the region.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fisheries (Required)
  • Licensed and non-licensed Fisheries graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in sales, preferably in shrimp farming or aquaculture-related industries
  • Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage key accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and resolve client issues efficiently
  • Comfortable working independently and in the field
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills related to aquaculture operations

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere within Mindanao
  • Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle; must have a valid Driver's License
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Work Location:

Field-based, covering various client locations in Mindanao. Occasional reporting to the main office as required.
