Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Silang, Cavite, Philippines, for a Client Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include communication with clients, managing client accounts, and addressing concerns related to financial and consultancy services. You will play a crucial part in building strong client relationships and contributing to a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Client Services and Customer Service or related field.
  • Strong Communication skills to clearly and professionally interact with clients and team members
  • Responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services.
  • Liaise with relevant departments through effective email communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
  • Handle client concerns promptly and efficiently, and facilitate necessary escalation arrangements when required.
