About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' team as a Call Center Agent. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from our office in Cebu Central Visayas. This is a great chance to kickstart your career in the dynamic call centre industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Assisting customers with a variety of queries and requests, ranging from product information to troubleshooting and problem resolution
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to improve processes
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  3. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  4. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  5. High school diploma or equivalent
  6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
