Description

Responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies across a specific region, ensuring alignment with the company's global talent acquisition goals. 
This role involves managing a team of recruiters, implementing talent strategies, and partnering with regional business leaders to meet the organization's hiring needs. 
The Regional Leader also plays a key role in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for the region in alignment with global recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders to understand workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in talent acquisition, including datadriven decisionmaking and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters across the region, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Set recruitment goals for the team and ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build strong relationships with regional business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment insights.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and Regional Leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational growth.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse talent pool.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to promote equal opportunities and create inclusive hiring practices.
  • Develop regional employer branding strategies in collaboration with the global team.
  • Represent the organization at regional recruitment events, networking opportunities, and career fairs to build a strong employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and regulations in all recruitment processes.
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics, forecasts, and insights to leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications

years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
