Marketing Manager

Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives within a company or organization. This role typically involves managing a team of marketing professionals, ensuring that marketing efforts align with the company's goals and objectives, and optimizing marketing performance across various channels.
I. Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of marketing specialists, assistants, and/or coordinators.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- Foster team collaboration and professional development through training and mentorship.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Oversee the creation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, etc.) to develop integrated marketing plans.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with the company's brand, objectives, and target audience.
Strategy & Planning:
- Contribute to the development of short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor brand positioning and work on brand enhancements or repositioning when necessary.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make improvements.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including return on investment (ROI), customer engagement, and sales impact.
- Use insights from data analytics to refine future marketing activities.
Digital Marketing Oversight:
- Oversee online marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Stay updated on digital trends and technologies to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Regularly report to senior management on the status of marketing efforts.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other teams within the organization.
II. Experience Requirement
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· With proven experience in automotive industry.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to drive strategies.
· Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing plans.
· Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
· Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation platforms.
Must be willing to be assigned at Edsa Munoz Quezon City.
