Description of the Job:

Develops and implements various training activities, including clinical preceptorship, pre-employment training, onboarding programs, certification programs (except basic and advanced life support), continuing education programs, clinical specialty programs, and mandatory internal and external training programs for all nursing personnel and other staff development programs within the Division. He/ she ensures quality nursing service, through the maintenance of sufficient and competent personnel and related resources.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines with at least nine (9) units of a Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • Must have at least three (3) years experience in Clinical.
  • Must have an updated training on BLS.
  • Must have attended Leadership and Management Training.
  • With skills in office suites/ applications.
  • Must be trained on various Teaching Methodologies.
  • Must be a member of any Nursing Accredited Professional Organization.
