Private Nurse

We are looking for top-tier private nurses to join the healthcare team of a Prestigious client with meticulous preferences. Patient/Client has refined expectations and a distinguished status. Qualifications:

1. IV Expertise

o "Sharp shooter" with IV medications

o At least 1 full year experience in IV therapy; 3-5 years preferred

o Proficient in infusion pump operation and IV medication administration

o Emergency Room, ICU and Operating Room exposure: 2 to 4 years' experience

2. Excellent Communication Skills;  Extremely Intelligent

o Can confidently join meetings with the patient and his doctors

o Can summarize medical meetings with all doctors (with the aid of ChatGPT or NotebookLM).

o Patient will provide the Pro or Plus versions of these AI tools, so Nurse can summarize a 1 hour doctor meeting in just 20 minutes

o Fluent in English (spoken and written)

o Nurse should be able to speak perfect English, and have a proper English accent

o Diction and Grammar should be top-tier

o Able to communicate with Singapore and International doctors and medical staff in English

o Can analyze medical situations and suggest next steps

3. Proactive and Highly Resourceful.

o Proactive, Self Starter, "Ma-abilidad"

o can manage and set appointments without being micromanaged

o Works well independently and in coordination with other healthcare professionals

o Reliable and mission-driven

4. Laboratory Coordination and Blood Collection

o Coordinate with diagnostic laboratories for required blood tests and investigations

o Prepare and secure appropriate vacutainers and collection supplies

o Perform venipuncture (blood extraction) with proper technique

o Properly label and deliver samples to the designated lab for processing

5. Tech-Savvy

o Knows how to use digital tools to make work faster and easier

o Familiar with ChatGPT, Google NotebookLM, and similar AI tools for summarizing and transcribing doctor's visits. Client can train further train nurse with these AI tools.

o Uses technology to help with notes, reports, and communication

o Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (or google docs and google sheets)

6. Credentials

o Graduate of a top nursing school in the Philippines

o GPA in the top 10% percentile of the class

o Cum laude or top of the class highly preferred

o With 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree

7. Experience Abroad

o Past experience assisting patients abroad or during medical travels is optional, but is highly preferred

o Comfortable in hospital and outpatient settings in different countries

8. Travel-Ready

o Must have a valid passport

o Able and willing to travel to Singapore and the Patient

9. Respectful, Cordial, Amiable, Good natured

o Able to deal with the client in a professional, respectful manner

o Should consistently display loyalty and commitment to the client

o Must not share confidential health or personal information with anyone without prior authorization

o Treats other co-workers in the household with kindness and respect

�� Job Details:

· Based in Manila

· Regular travel to US and Singapore

· Shifting options: 14 to 21 days or 30-day duty shifting

· While Abroad – The nurse will stay at the same hotel as the client, but in a different room

· While in Manila, accommodations will be provided either at the patient's upscale residence in Makati or at a top-tier condominium in Fort Bonifacio

�� Salary Range:

₱60,000 to ₱150,000/month (Depending on experience and performance evaluation)

· Salary above assumes full 30 days of work.

· Will be pro-rated depending on the amount of days on Duty.

· Health Plan will be given upon regularization (3rd to 6th month)
