Advanced Frontend Engineering:

  • Architect scalable component systems and design patterns
  • Build performance-optimized interfaces handling large datasets
  • Develop offline-capable features for clinical environments

User Experience & Accessibility:

  • Optimize interfaces for efficiency and workflow interruption minimization
  • Implement responsive design for various devices and environments
  • Build intuitive navigation for complex feature sets

Core Technologies:

  • JavaScript ES6+ with modern language features and patterns
  • React 18+ with hooks and advanced patterns
  • 14+ with SSR, SSG, and performance optimization
  • Material-UI or equivalent component library mastery
  • Modern CSS/SCSS and responsive design principles

Advanced Frontend Skills:

  • State management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
  • Real-time features (WebSockets, PubNub integration)
  • Data visualization libraries (D3, , or similar)
  • Form libraries and complex validation systems
  • Performance optimization and bundle management

Required Experience

  • 5+ years frontend development with JavaScript and
  • 3+ years building complex web applications with sophisticated user workflows
  • Proven expertise in component architecture and design systems
  • Strong UX/UI sensibilities and user-centered design thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • TypeScript experience and gradual migration strategies
  • Canvas/drawing interfaces and rich text editing systems
  • Real-time collaboration features development
  • Progressive Web App (PWA) development
  • AI interface integration and chat/conversational UI experience
