Role OverviewWe are recruiting a Data Analyst in Manila, Philippines. The successful candidate will support administrative and operational services to the Leadership Team on the client's account. ResponsibilitiesAssist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources.
Conduct data analysis using statistical tools to identify trends and anomalies. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
Support development of data models and ensure data quality. Participate in ad-hoc analysis and projects. Provide administrative support and assist teams as needed.
QualificationsVocational Graduate or Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python is a plus.
Confident IT systems user. Effective communicator with experience in customer care via phone and email. Ability to manage workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
