RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and implements comprehensive Brand marketing communication plans that align with the brand's goals and business objectives.
- Oversees the creation of captivating content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's voice.
- Team Leadership: Leads a dynamic team, fostering creativity and collaboration to drive innovative marketing solutions.
- Brand Management: Monitors brand Integrity across all platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging and high standards.
- Market Analysis: Utilizes market research and data analytics to inform strategies and optimize communication efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partners with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the resort's visibility and reputation.
- Media Partnerships: Promotes Lavie through strategic media partnerships, leveraging newspaper and radio promotions to increase visibility and broaden audience reach.
- Internal Communication: Facilitates effective internal communication of all marketing activities, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and collaboration across Lavie's initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Brand marketing, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or gaming industries.
- Proven track record of leading in Branding and managing marketing teams, with the ability to inspire creativity and collaboration.
- Strong ability to develop and execute strategic Brand marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience in building and maintaining media partnerships and conducting promotions through newspapers, radio, and other relevant channels.
- Proficient in market analysis and data Interpretation to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
