
Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Own performance of assigned brands/cluster by developing and executing mid- to long-term strategic plans that deliver growth in market share, revenue, and profitability.
- Lead full marketing lifecycle: product planning, pricing, promotions, lifecycle management, innovation, packaging, branding, and go-to-market execution.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity; use data to guide brand positioning, demand generation, and promotional strategies.
- Manage brand budgets, monitor ROI, ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Creative/Media agencies for alignment and effective execution.
- Ensure brand consistency in all communications, packaging, channels (ATL, BTL, digital, in-store).
- Track and report on brand health KPIs (awareness, trial, loyalty, etc.), operating performance, and provide regular updates to senior management (e.g. COO, Head of Marketing).
- Lead people & culture initiatives within the cluster: identify, develop, retain key talent; build team capability and motivation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Economics, or related field.
- At least 6-8 years of solid marketing/brand experience, preferably within FMCG or similar fast-moving consumer product industries.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical & financial acumen (P&L experience desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive results through cross-functional teams.
